Bid-Master calendars require three to four weeks production time.
We ship random imprinted samples at no charge when you provide a shipper number.
Absolute minimum order quantity for BidMaster calendars is 100 Calendars.
Our art department will provide artwork layout for your imprint at no charge. This includes placement of type, logo and images. All logos and art must be provided in vector format (.ai or .eps files). Logos can be redrawn at an additional cost. Please contact Customer Support for information on printing pictures and other raster based files.
Calendars can be shipped bulk rolled or with the optional packaging of string wrappers or inserted in tubes. Individual mailings via USPS may also be available. Please note that as of 2024, the USPS has imposed a $4 surcharge per item over 28” in length.
All logos should be in Vector Format (.pdf, .ai, .eps) with all fonts converted to outlines. Raster images should have a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
We will provide you with a color .pdf of your imprint for you to approve before we go to press.
Raster images should be at a minimum of 300 dpi. The minimum quantity for printing full color BidMasters is 500 calendars.
Changes to the calendar grid require a minimum of 500 calendars.
